39 is sweet number. It's 13 times 3. It's also the sum of 5 prime numbers in a row — 3, 5, 7, 11, 13. And if you add the first 3 powers of 3, 3^1 plus 3^2 plus 3^3 you get 39.

I don't think you've missed much. The MB isn't really that active with the exception of some visitors from SA two or three months back. Apparently, some people on SA wanted to move to/sort of claim another MB and the oldies remembered the SA/IR conflict and warned them against it. People didn't get many answers on SA on what happened (it seems that they don't really like to talk about that time just as much as we do), so they came here for answers. They were nice enough, but left not too long after they got the answers.

 

Aside from that, quiet as usual on IR.
